Specifically,SRAM,as a performance-driven core module,directly affects the operational efficiency and power consumption performance of the chip.Especially in CPU,GPU,AI accelerator and network chip,SRAM forms the foundation of cache.Because of its high frequency access and large bandwidth requirements,SRAM always has room for optimization in structural design,which has given birth to a continuous iterative and stable IP market.
 
From the perspective of growth structure,the market size of SRAM is expected to increase from$266.2 million to$286.1 million from 2023 to 2028,with a compound annual growth rate of about 1.5%,contributing 63.8%to the overall market increase.It can be seen that SRAM is still the absolute main force to promote the development of this subdivision,despite the slow growth.
