EM68C16C is a high-speed DDR2 SDRAM with CMOS technology,with a data bit width of 16 bits and a total capacity of 1Gbit.Its internal architecture consists of eight independent Bank,which is based on the organization mode of"8 Bank×8Mb address×16-bit I/O"and can effectively support parallel access operations.EM68C16CWQG-25H chip fully complies with JEDEC standard,with power supply voltages of VDD and VDDQ of 1.8V 0.1V(SSTL _ 18 compatible)and working temperature range of 0~85℃(commercial grade),which is suitable for most electronic equipment environments.
 

 

This DDR2 SDRAM memory supports fully synchronous operation,adopts differential clock inputs(CK and CK#),and all control and address signals are latched at the intersection of differential clocks(CK rising edge and CK#falling edge).The data reading and writing of DDR2 SDRAM memory is coordinated with the source synchronous clock through bidirectional strobe pulses(DQS and DQS#),which realizes high-speed transmission.EM68C16CWQG-25H supports a maximum clock rate of 533MHz,which corresponds to the equivalent bandwidth of DDR2-1066 and meets the needs of mainstream embedded applications.
 

 

In terms of delay,DDR2 SDRAM memory supports programmable additional delay(AL,range 0~6),and the write delay is the read delay minus one clock cycle.The burst length can be 4 or 8,and the burst type supports both sequential and staggered modes.EM68C16CWQG-25H DDR2 SDRAM memory integrates off-chip driver(OCD)impedance adjustment,adjustable data output driving strength and on-chip termination(ODT),which effectively improves signal integrity.EM68C16CWQG-25H is packaged in 84-ball FBGA,with a size of only 8mm×12.5mm and a maximum thickness of 1.2mm,which is RoHS-compliant,lead-free and halogen-free,and is environmentally friendly and compliant.The automatic refresh and self-refresh capability of DDR2 SDRAM match the parameters of 8192 refresh cycles/64ms,which ensures the reliability of data.
