Different from the traditional memory chip,this domestic psram chip is equipped with an autonomous seamless self-management refresh mechanism,which greatly simplifies the design of terminal master control program and reduces the power consumption and operating load of equipment without the need for DRAM refresh support from the system host.At the same time,the built-in on-chip voltage sensor can automatically complete the initialization and calibration.When the power supply voltage is stable in the standard range,it only needs 150us adaptation period and simple reset operation to enter the normal working state,with stable power-on and low failure rate.

Cascadeteq's domestic PSRAM chip CSS1604SS is designed with single power supply,and its working voltage range is 1.62 V-1.98 V.The storage architecture is 2M×8-bit addressing,with a page size of 512 bytes.It supports multi-specification burst length switching of 16/32/64/512 bytes,and can flexibly switch the wrap length through software reset to adapt to different data transmission scenarios.In terms of temperature adaptation of Cascadeteq's domestic PSRAM chip,the standard operating temperature range is-40℃to+85℃,and the extended temperature range can reach+105℃,which has excellent adaptability in high and low temperature environments.The power consumption performance is equally bright,and the typical standby current at 25℃is only 20uA,and the standby power consumption can also be accurately controlled under high temperature conditions,fully meeting the use requirements of various terminals for long battery life.
